NOTE: Texas Senate Bill 5 requires the adoption of the International Energy Conservation Code and the City of Hunters Creek Village has recently adopted the code and will become effective September 1, 2002. Plans submitted for construction that will begin after September 1, 2002 must conform to the IECC. Construction permitted after September 1, 2002 will require more thorough inspection of certification labels on products (windows, doors, skylights, heating, air conditioning and insulation) as to the manufacturer's r-value, u-factors and energy efficiency). Additionally, the caulking around pipes, doors and windows will be inspected.
We are confident we will receive the complete cooperation of the Engineers, Architects and Contractors involved in construction in Hunters Creek Village.
