NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
The City of Hunters Creek Village, Texas, will hold a public hearing at the following day, time and place for the purpose of receiving written or oral comments concerning the proposed budget for fiscal year 2024:

THIS BUDGET WILL RAISE MORE TOTAL PROPERTY TAXES THAN LAST YEAR’S BUDGET BY $655,214 OR 10.23% AND OF THAT AMOUNT $103,314 IS TAX REVENUE TO BE RAISED FROM NEW PROPERTY ADDED TO THE TAX ROLL THIS YEAR.
All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and/or submit comments. A copy of the proposed budget in its entirety is available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the City Secretary, #1 Hunters Creek Place, Hunters Creek Village, Texas and on the City’s web site at http://cityofhunterscreek.com.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Hunters Creek Village City Council on August 23, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in City Hall at #1 Hunters Creek Place, Hunters Creek Village, Texas, for the purpose of receiving testimony for or against the following proposed amendments to the zoning chapter:
- A proposal to amend the zoning chapter to prohibit the rental of homes in the Single-Family Residential District for time periods of less than 30 consecutive days.

Amend the specific use permit for Hunters Creek Elementary School to:
- allow the installation of Building Identification Signage; and
- allow the installation of an electronic message center sign and specify the conditions under which it may be operated.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Hunters Creek Village Planning & Zoning Commission on July 8, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., in City Hall at #1 Hunters Creek Place, Hunters Creek Village, Texas, for the purpose of receiving testimony for or against proposed amendments to the City’s Zoning Chapter. The proposed amendments are listed below.
a) Amend the specific use permit for the Houston Racquet Club to:
- remove the decibel limits on music emanating from the Club;
- prohibit the playing of music at the Club between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am; and
- require the Club to comply with the noise restrictions applicable to the City’s residential zoning district.
b) Amend the specific use permit for Hunters Creek Elementary School to allow the installation of Building Identification Signage and operation of a marque sign and an electronic message sign under certain conditions.

NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
Notice of a Joint Public Hearing
A Joint Public Hearing will be held before the Hunters Creek Village City Council and Planning & Zoning Commission on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving testimony for or against proposed amendments to the City’s Zoning Chapter. The proposed amendments would accomplish the following:
Define a “Porte Cochere” as a roofed structure, open on three sides and extending from an entrance to a building over an adjacent driveway for the purpose of sheltering those entering or exiting vehicles.
Allow a Porte Cochere to extend into the required side yard under the following conditions; it may extend no closer than 10 feet from the nearest side property line; it must be 10 feet or less in height; it must be located at least 15 feet behind the front line of the residence to which it is attached; the area covered by its roof shall be included in the computation of the building area for purpose of applying the applicable limits on total building area; and three sides of the structure must be at least 90% open.
The preliminary report of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Hunters Creek Village, Texas concerning the proposed amendments is available for inspection in the office of the City Secretary at City Hall, 1 Hunters Creek Place, Houston, Texas 77024.
