NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Hunters Creek Village City Council on August 23, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in City Hall at #1 Hunters Creek Place, Hunters Creek Village, Texas, for the purpose of receiving testimony for or against the following proposed amendments to the zoning chapter:

1. A proposal to amend the zoning chapter to prohibit the rental of homes in the Single-Family Residential District for time periods of less than 30 consecutive days.
